SIMPLE STRAPS
Description and benefits
Simple straps are used to fasten OPTIMQ tapping saddles to pipes.
They can be installed on ductile iron pipes from 60 to 350, fibre cement pipes from 60 to 350-D and PE and PVC-O pipes from 75 to 400.
The simple straps have been designed to fasten threaded, flanged or PE outlet tapping saddles. Threaded, and PE32 and PE50 outlet saddles are installed on pipes of any material using a simple strap. Slimline saddles, flanged hot tapping saddles and PE90 and PE110 outlet tapping saddles are installed on ductile iron or fibre cement pipes with two simple straps.
- Pipe range from 63mm outer diameter to 415mm outer diameter.
- Compatible with threaded saddles and PE32 and PE50 outlet saddles on pipes of any material: PE, PVC-O, ductile iron and fibre cement.
- To install flanged tapping saddles, slimline saddles, and PE90 and PE110 outlet saddles on ductile iron and fibre cement pipelines.
- Strap made of stainless steel AISI 304, 50mm in width x 1.5mm thickness.
- Blue EPDM rubber insulating profile.
- A2 stainless steel studs.
- A4 stainless steel nuts.
- Orange acetal resin ball joint.
