Description and benefits

PE adapters are used to connect the drilling device to under-pressure PE outlet saddles and PE-PE connectors.

They are available in 4 dimensions for PE outlet saddles (32, 50, 90 and 110) and PE-PE connectors (90 and 110).

The adapters are fixed to the drilling device by means of a G 2″ thread.

The PE32 and PE50 adapters are compatible with the Classic and HDT drilling devices, while the PE90 and PE110 adapters are only compatible with the Classic drilling device.

The PE32 and PE50 adapters are screwed to the OPTIMQ PE outlet saddle and are fitted with arms to make manual, wrench-free assembly easier.

The PE90 and PE110 adapters are fixed to the OPTIMQ PE outlet saddle or PE-PE connectors size 90 and 110 by means of nuts and two spacer columns.

The adapters are especially designed for under-pressure installations. The O-ring seals provide for perfect tightness between the saddle, the adapter and the drilling device, thus avoiding leaks, dripping and loss of water once the piping has been drilled. The design of the PE adapters allows for an easy extraction of the O-rings to be cleaned or replaced.
